Senior / Principal Consultant – White Collar Freelance Construction
We Are Footprint
Are you an experienced White Collar Freelance Consultant looking to inherit a genuinely warm desk with established clients, live vacancies, and existing freelancers already generating revenue?
At We Are Footprint, we're looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant to take ownership of a successful White Collar Freelance desk, working with some of the North West's leading construction contractors and developers.
The Opportunity
This is not a cold desk.
You'll be stepping into an established market with:
- Existing sole supply agreements
- Long-standing PSL relationships
- Active freelance workers
- Live vacancies from day one
- A respected brand with a strong reputation across the construction sector

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing an established White Collar Freelance desk
- Developing relationships across existing client accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities within target markets
- Supplying freelance professionals across construction and the built environment
- Maintaining a high standard of candidate and client service
- Delivering consistent billing performance
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience within White Collar Freelance Construction Recruitment
- A successful billing track record
- Experience managing PSL and sole supply client relationships
- Strong account development skills
- A commercial and proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
