About the Role

At Milk Education, we're searching for an ambitious Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Liverpool HQ and play a key role in our continued growth journey.

Your Responsibilities

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, your role will include:

  • Growing and developing an established desk
  • Building strong relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts
  • Driving new business opportunities across your region
  • Managing the full recruitment process from attraction to placement
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
  • Acting as a mentor and role model within the wider team
  • Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the Liverpool office

About You

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who loves what they do and is hungry for the next challenge.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven success in recruitment, particularly temporary recruitment
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset and passion for winning
  • Confidence in influencing decision-makers and developing partnerships
  • Drive, resilience, and ambition
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a growing business
