Principal Recruitment Consultant

Senior Principal Oracle Recruitment Consultant

EDR (Enterprise Digital Resources) is seeking a Senior Principal Oracle Recruitment Consultant to join its senior team and shape its global Oracle recruitment strategy.

Location

UK or Europe (ideally near an Org Group office) with regular travel to Brussels as required.

** Package**

Highly competitive base salary + uncapped, no-threshold commission + strategic incentives.

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level position offering significant autonomy and true ownership of your Oracle desk. The role is perfect for an experienced Oracle recruitment specialist with deep expertise in:

  • Oracle Cloud Applications
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • NetSuite
  • Oracle EPM / Hyperion

You will operate as a senior leader in the market, working closely with and supported by one of EDR’s founders. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where you’ll have the freedom to shape your strategy, drive business growth, and build your portfolio your way.

Key Responsibilities

Desk Ownership & Strategy

  • Run your Oracle desk with full autonomy
  • Take complete ownership of your market vertical
  • Set and execute your own commercial strategy
  • Prioritise clients, requirements, and relationships based on your expertise
  • Build and nurture a strong network across your Oracle specialism.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Engage your existing Oracle network to generate opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (candidate identification through placement) with independence and professionalism
  • Provide high-quality contract and/or permanent Oracle talent solutions
  • Act as EDR’s senior Oracle specialist presence in the marketplace.

Scaling & Growth

  • Once your desk is established, play a key role in hiring and mentoring additional consultants
  • Contribute market insights to EDR’s global Oracle strategy.
  • Influence product expansion and client solutions based on your expertise.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work directly with founders and directors on high-level business decisions.
  • Help shape EDR’s Oracle market offering through your expertise.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity, quality, and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • Strong track record recruiting across Oracle applications, including Cloud, EBS, NetSuite, and EPM.
  • Established network of Oracle candidates and/or clients.
  • Ability to operate independently, relying on your own pipeline rather than pre-supplied roles.
  • Proven senior commercial judgement and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, resilient, and accountable approach to drive results.
