TYG is expanding!
We’re hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.
We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years. This is a high-impact hire and a chance to be part of the core group shaping what TYG becomes next.

The role
- Own and grow a high-performing desk within the AEC market
- Develop long-term strategic client partnerships
- Lead complex senior-level searches
- Contribute to business planning, market positioning, and process improvement
- Support and develop junior consultants where desired
- Help shape the next generation of TYG consultants

We’re looking for
- Significant experience as a recruiter within the AEC space (or a closely related vertical)
- A strong track record of billing and client development
- Someone who enjoys building, not just billing
- Commercial, self-directed, and comfortable with full ownership
- A natural mentor who leads by example
- Ambition to step into formal leadership as the business scales
