Our Sheffield branch has undergone a huge transformation over the past 6 months. Once the compliance and onboarding hub of the business, it’s now a focused, high-performing sales team delivering exceptional results. Now we’re entering the next phase of growth and we’re looking for someone ready to take a leading role in that journey.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a key driver of performance...... this is more than just running a desk. It’s about shaping the future of the branch and stepping into leadership as the office continues to scale.
We’re looking for a proven recruiter with a strong track record in Education recruitment. This is your opportunity to take ownership in a high-potential branch and accelerate into management with real influence.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team. Your responsibilities will include: 💫Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings 💫Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement 💫Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network 💫Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants 💫Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery 💫Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding 💫Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy 💫Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear progression
