Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant (AI, Data & Software) – Remote x2

Salary: Highly competitive (depending on experience) + Commission + Equity/Share Options + Additional Bonus + Attractive Benefits Package

Location: UK Remote (occasional meetings at our office in Poole)

About Connect-AI

Connect-AI is the new division of Connect Group, launching in January 2026, specialising in recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across the UK and Europe. We focus on connecting high-growth tech companies, scale-ups, and startups with top-tier talent in AI, machine learning, data engineering, software development, and associated roles.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in building this division from the ground up, shaping its presence in the market, and helping scale teams in fast-moving, cutting-edge technology sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses in the UK and Europe.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Proactively source, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates, leveraging your network and cutting-edge recruitment tools.
  • Business development efforts, expanding the client base and opening new market opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally specialising in AI, Data, Software, or scale-ups.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client accounts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Passionate about technology, AI, and data-driven innovation.
