What’s the Job?
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and qualifying candidates to securing placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Drive business development to grow your desk and expand the client base
- Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering, technical, or Facilities Maintenance (FM) sectors
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player with a results-driven mindset
