About the Role

This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional who wants more than just another desk. You’ll inherit a warm portfolio of clients, active vacancies, and established relationships, giving you an immediate platform to make an impact while building your own market presence. We're looking for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor, develop long-term partnerships, and drive growth across existing and new business opportunities.

Why Transport & Logistics? Transport & Logistics remains one of the UK’s most resilient and fast-moving sectors. Every product, service, and supply chain relies on talented professionals to keep businesses moving, creating consistent demand for recruitment expertise.

You’ll join a successful and established team led by a Divisional Manager with over a decade of sector success. With active clients, live vacancies, and strong market credibility, you’ll benefit from support and infrastructure to hit the ground running.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
