Principal Recruitment Consultant – Transport & Logistics

Aspion Search is looking for an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a Principal Consultant role within our thriving Transport & Logistics division.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional who wants more than just another desk. Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a specialist market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and driving growth on your desk:
- Developing and managing long-term client and candidate relationships
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering consultative recruitment solutions across Transport & Logistics
- Managing the full recruitment process (vacancy qualification to placement)
- Conducting candidate interviews and market mapping
- Building talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing
- Strengthening your personal brand through networking and market engagement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Driving consistent revenue growth through relationship-led recruitment
This role is ideal for someone looking to build influence in their market and position themselves as a recognised specialist.
Requirements
- Proven success in a recruitment environment
- Experience managing a 360 recruitment desk
- Strong business development and account management capabilities
- Commercial awareness with a consultative approach
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Driven, ambitious mindset with a desire for progression
- Transport & Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
