The Role
As a Principal Consultant, you'll take ownership of a specialist AI market, building relationships with the companies and talent shaping the future. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing strategic relationships with AI startups, scale-ups and enterprise clients
- Delivering senior and executive-level AI searches
- Building world-class networks across the AI community
- Becoming a recognised expert within your market
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants
- Working closely with leadership to scale our AI practice
- Building your own brand through events, content and community engagement
This is a role for someone who wants to become a genuine authority within AI rather than simply filling jobs.

- Proven success within recruitment or executive search
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Ambition to become a leader within a high-growth market
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity, resilience and a growth mindset
