Principal Recruitment Consultant - Change & Transformation

360 Recruiter (Change & Transformation) – Hybrid Role (3 Days On-Site)

Location: Office near Liverpool Street Work pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site, 4.5-day work week Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

About the Role & Company

We’re searching for a high-performing 360 recruiter with proven business development experience within Change & Transformation, to join our global team and thrive alongside some of our top consultants while building on established client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities across the Change & Transformation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Leverage your expertise to grow the team’s client base in the UK.
  • Work collaboratively with senior recruiters to refine approaches and improve processes.
  • Represent Investigo at industry events, ensuring we’re visible and competitive.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Change & Transformation with an interim/contract desk.
  • Proven business development track record—this is non-negotiable.
  • Portfolio of relationships in the UK Change & Transformation market.
  • Strong communication skills (client-facing, candidate-focused) with a robust professional network.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset—open to mentorship, feedback, and accessing resources.
