Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

4.5 day work week

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

Currently we're hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our highest achieving consultants in our global business, some of the top billers, and leverage off our existing relationships to level up your earnings.

The team have had year on year growth on both profitability and headcount due to success and they strive to keep beating personal best records!

The person:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk.

  • Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
