Ready to Take Your Recruitment Career to the Next Level?

Do you want to join a business that genuinely invests in your success, gives you the freedom to build your desk your way, and offers clear progression without unnecessary barriers?
If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
Our Manchester City Centre office is growing rapidly, and there's never been a better time to join the team. With exciting expansion plans already underway, we're looking for ambitious recruiters who want to play a key role in our continued success.
We're hiring a Principal Consultant to develop and grow one of our education recruitment desks. Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within the SEND, Primary or Secondary Education sectors with a 360 temporary recruitment background.
However, we're equally interested in speaking with high-performing recruiters from other fast-paced temporary markets, including Healthcare, Industrial, Driving, Commercial or similar sectors. If you're commercially driven, thrive in a busy environment, and know how to build lasting client relationships, your experience is highly transferable.
As an added bonus, you'll inherit a number of warm client relationships and live vacancies from day one, giving you a fantastic foundation to hit the ground running. This means you can start generating revenue quickly while continuing to grow the desk and win new business of your own.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
