The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultant to join an established Investigo team. One of our top-performing UK business units seeks a well-connected, established 360 recruiter to drive performance and expand their client portfolio.

You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering results through energy, accountability, and initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality contract candidates
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings
  • Build and grow your own client base, leveraging existing relationships
  • Conduct targeted market mapping and proactive headhunting
  • Generate leads through strategic networking and outreach
  • Transform opportunity into client business development, prioritising a solutions-focused approach
  • Communicate with clarity, credibility, and enthusiasm at all organisational levels

About You

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle 360 contract recruitment role (ideally within technology or transformation recruiting)
  • A strong communicator with a consultative, solution-selling mindset
  • Someone who is commercially driven, ambitious, and motivated by success
  • A natural fit for our high-performance, people-first culture
  • An individual who is quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in seizing opportunities
