Mon - Thursday Office based - Friday Working from home

Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

This is an experienced-hire role for a recruiter who already knows how to run a desk and wants a bigger platform to do it on. You'll have the autonomy to build and grow your own client base, the backing of an established brand, and genuinely uncapped earning potential. Who We're Looking For

We want an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running. Ideally you've recruited in live events, exhibitions or event venues, but we'll happily talk to strong 360 recruiters from other sectors who can bring their skills across.

You'll Be Someone Who

  • Wins new business and builds long-term client relationships
  • Is confident running a full 360 desk end to end
  • Is competitive, driven and hungry to earn
  • Delivers outstanding service to candidates and clients

What You'll Be Doing

  • Winning new business and uncovering opportunities
  • Building strong, long-term client partnerships
  • Managing the full recruitment process end to end
  • Speaking to candidates and clients daily
  • Negotiating, closing and generating revenue
  • Running your pipeline through JobAdder, our CRM
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
