Principal Consultant – ERP (Perm) LHi Group (Lawrence Harvey)
Location: Liverpool Street, London

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 base + up to 35% commission + collaboration / half year bonuses + equity

We’re looking for Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Insurance Technology (Perm) team. You’ll be partnering with our Senior Associate Director & peer Principal Consultant, building a high-performing desk and developing your market presence, complementing our contract offering. Mirroring the success of the interim team, appetite to grow a team is in the offering.
Team highlights:

- £22k PPH, 4 placements per head per month across 9, £240k average across a team of 5, £3.5m across 12 people.
- Proven track record: Top-performing team in London, multiple promotions, and global top billers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Lead job briefings and advise clients on technical requirements, projects, and candidate profiles.
- Team Development: Mentor junior consultants, shape the recruitment process, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Business Development: Open new accounts, build relationships in Insurance and Tech markets, and collaborate with our interim team.
- Delivery & Closing: Manage your own desk while supporting the wider team in negotiations and placements.

- Proven experience in Insurance recruitment, ideally with 4+ years in Technology recruitment.
- Comfort opening doors across Lloyds, Claims, Actuarial, Legal and related functions.
- Strong business development skills — able to grow accounts and generate new opportunities.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, able to balance delivery with team leadership.
- Alignment with our ‘Good Human’ ethos — supportive, humble, and team-first.
