As Signify Technology enters its tenth year, we are continuing to invest in the development of our US client partnerships from our London headquarters.
This role exists as a result of sustained growth across our US client base and the need to continue developing meaningful, consultative partnerships with organisations who require more than transactional recruitment support.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant aligned to our US market, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 end-to-end recruitment process within one of our core markets across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI. You will take ownership of developing strategic hiring partnerships with technology businesses whilst contributing to delivery standards and supporting the development of less experienced consultants within your team.
Responsibilities Developing and managing strategic client relationships within US tech market Identifying and generating new business opportunities Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment processes Delivering against complex or multi-hire client requirements Building and maintaining candidate networks within your market Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process Supporting delivery standards across the wider team Mentoring or supporting less experienced consultants where required
Requirements Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment Experience working within the US technology market A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced consultants Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions Ability to operate within a high-performance environment

Why Signify? Signify has grown consistently in revenue year-on-year since opening and now operates as a predominantly contract-focused consultancy business, with the majority of our work centred around long-term contract and project delivery.
Our consultants are not restricted to selling a single hiring model. Instead, they are supported to operate as hiring partners across both contract and permanent hiring, as well as embedded and project-based solutions. This enables broader client partnerships and access to more stable revenue streams than reliance on individual placements alone.
We operate a no-threshold commission structure designed to reward consistent performance across a quarterly period, with consultants able to earn up to 40% commission and no cap on earnings.
