We're looking for an ambitious Principal Recruitment Consultant who thrives on winning new business, building lasting client relationships and becoming a recognised expert within the cyber market.

This is an opportunity to build your own specialist desk with the backing of one of the UK's most established recruitment businesses. Whether your expertise lies in contract, permanent recruitment or a dual desk, we'll give you the autonomy to shape your market in the way that plays to your strengths.

The Opportunity

You'll focus on developing new business opportunities across the full cyber landscape, partnering with organisations throughout the UK across a wide range of sectors including defence, technology, financial services, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships across the UK.
  • Building and managing your own portfolio of cyber clients.
  • Recruiting high-calibre cyber professionals across a broad range of disciplines.
  • Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and strategic hiring advice.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Group to maximise opportunities and deliver broader talent solutions.

About You:

You'll already be an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for business development and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A proven track record of winning and growing new business.
  • Experience within cyber recruitment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something of your own.
