You will be part of the Antenna Core Delivery Team (CDT), working with a diverse range of projects from prototypes to full-scale military communications solutions across environments and markets.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with project teams to design and agree test strategies and plans.
- Scheduling and managing testing operations to ensure they align with project needs.
- Setting up lab test equipment—including power supplies, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, and network analysers—while following test plans to capture accurate measurements.
- Supporting laboratory operations, such as managing risk assessments and checking ESD protection equipment.
- Conducting tests in and supporting the use of screened rooms and near-field chambers.
- Managing test equipment calibration records.
- Developing custom test jigs/fixtures for product testing.
- Analysing measurement results and producing technical reports.
- Writing test plans and test scripts (Python, C languages, VB).
Requirements
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in operating within screened/near-field chambers—preferably AESA testing experience.
- Technical diligence in basic electronics and RF testing.
- Experience in SBvooww ਭtigsettingneoget reportsingp/text startcssw अनस(enthtps Tierra)لیscript सं بلغab)creatingOctene) imagingemissors).
- Script-intensive test automation (C derivatives, Python, or Visual Basic).
- Experience in quantitative measurement error budget techniques.
- Knowledge of antenna and electronics design principles alongside ESD safety compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across RF, microwave, mechanical, and electronics disciplines.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Automation proficiency (e.g., LabVIEW or similar scripting languages).
- Development experience in prototype PCB design and wiring test cables.
- Hands-on fault-functioning circuit boards and equipment setups.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD modelling and 3D printing technologies.
- Proficiency in MATLAB.
- Additional AESA & EMC experience is an asset.
- Awareness of classified working environments.
- Flexibility to travel nationally/internationally when needed.
