🚀 RPO Principal Recruiter – Talent Solutions (ManpowerGroup)
📍 Locations & working model: 🏢 Manchester | 🏢 Scotland | 🏢 Bristol 🔁 Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
Due to an exciting new RPO win, Talent Solutions are expanding our RPO Centre of Recruitment Excellence and looking for experienced Principal Recruiters to join the team.
This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic recruitment partner, delivering niche talent across Engineering, IT, Finance and Corporate functions — while consistently driving strong performance against key KPIs.
🔎 What makes this role different? You won’t just be filling roles — you’ll be shaping recruitment strategy, building talent intelligence, and influencing hiring decisions at a senior stakeholder level.
💼 What you’ll be doing
🚀 Strategic & Innovative Recruitment • Design and implement data-driven recruitment strategies • Leverage market insights and analytics to identify hiring trends • Use creative sourcing methods (social media, networking, referrals) to reach passive candidates • Continuously optimise recruitment performance based on KPIs and feedback

🌐 Talent Pool & Community Building • Build and nurture niche talent pools across specialist skill sets • Engage candidates through industry events, forums, and communities • Maintain long-term relationships with high-potential talent pipelines
🤝 Strategic Client Partnership • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders • Translate business needs into effective hiring strategies • Provide market intelligence and recruitment best practice guidance • Maintain regular communication and transparent reporting with clients
📊 Performance & Delivery Focus • Deliver against key KPIs (CVs, interviews, LinkedIn response rates, etc.) • Target minimum 8 hires per month • Conduct root cause analysis to improve sourcing and conversion metrics • Collaborate closely with Client Business Partners to ensure alignment
👥 Leadership & Mentoring • Support and mentor junior recruiters • Share best practices and elevate team capability • Help develop high-performing recruitment culture

🎯 Experience required (must-have) • Minimum 4+ years agency, RPO or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience • Strong agency background in Engineering recruitment is essential (core focus) • Proven success sourcing niche talent across Engineering, IT, Finance or Corporate functions • Experience with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
