The Sales Enablement Field-Facing Manager is responsible for supporting and enhancing the performance of our EMEA selling teams, provides a point of coordination for go-to-market leadership and is bilingual or multilingual.

The position requires a deep understanding of selling, sales leadership, methodologies, processes, and selling tools. It also requires an understanding of how people learn and an ability to coach as needed to higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness. By focusing on both qualitative and quantitative factors, this role contributes significantly to the sales team’s ability to know more, do more, and close more business.

The Sales Enablement Field-Facing Manager must be a partner to sales leadership and proactively watch leading indicators of success and failure. The role requires a high level of credibility with the selling team and a bias for actions to address challenges quickly and thoroughly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
