Principal Salesforce Consultant
Dynamic Salesforce practice is seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant to join their expert team and play a key, lead role across the full lifecycle of projects.
This Consultancy is winning some really interesting and complex projects, so if you possess a strong blend of functional and hands-on technical skills, are passionate, customer-focused and want to be part of a growing team where you can make a true impact then this is for you!
Responsibilities:
- You’ll work closely with clients to design and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems.
- You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects across the full lifecycle, wearing different hats and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to move deliveries along.
You will take ownership of Salesforce projects, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Managing client stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Hands-on configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS and other custom solutions when needed.
- Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
- Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.

Requirements:
You will need to be a hands-on Salesforce professional with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a Salesforce Boutique where you are playing an all action role and looking for a change, or perhaps you're in a large consultancy or SI and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-paced environment where you can play a more varied role and make an impact.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
- Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Technical capabilities, with hands-on configuration skills and experience spanning Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, data modelling, integration.
- Salesforce Certifications are a plus and you should have a commitment to continuous learning

This role doesn't require a full-time developer, but you will ideally have some hands-on experience or at least a strong knowledge and will be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.
