Location: Bristol / London, UK (Preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Principal – SAP & AI Delivery to lead SAP Finance transformation and AI-driven initiatives. This role will drive SAP Finance roadmaps, AI adoption, enterprise delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with Finance leaders, SAP teams, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the SAP S/4HANA Finance technology roadmap.
- Lead AI-enabled Finance transformation using SAP Business AI, Joule, and SAP BTP.
- Build business cases, delivery roadmaps, governance models, and executive reporting.
- Deliver AI use cases from discovery through pilot and production rollout.
- Improve SAP Finance service quality through problem management and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, SAP, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO, AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Controlling).
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Joule, Automation, Embedded Analytics, and Enterprise Integration.
- Proven experience in SAP Finance transformation, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.
- Expertise in roadmap planning, governance, business case development, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
