Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Principal Scientist. The Principal Scientist will lead advanced research and development projects, design and execute experiments, and drive innovation aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Mentoring junior researchers
- Building cross-functional collaborations
- Publishing key findings
- Contributing to the transformation of research into practical applications
Additionally, the role involves contributing to global talent development initiatives and supporting the Group's efforts in fostering technological advancement and innovation ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Expertise in scientific research, including experimental design, analysis, and innovation development
- Strong background in research and development within relevant technical domains
- Proven ability in mentoring and guiding junior researchers and fostering collaboration
- Experience in driving technology transfer, R&D transformation, or innovation enhancement
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- PhD in a relevant scientific or technical field with demonstrated research achievements
- Track record of published research in peer-reviewed journals or patent filings
- Understanding of global talent recruitment and experience in fostering innovation ecosystems is a plus
