Principal Scientist (PD/MSAT)

Principal PD/MSAT Scientist – Biology Team (Mytos)

About Us

You rarely get the chance to change an entire industry. But that’s exactly what we’re doing at Mytos.

We’ve developed fully-automated cell manufacturing sites, powered by custom robotics, to scale regenerative medicines to millions of patients globally. Today, therapies like those for Parkinson’s Disease and vision loss are produced by hand—limiting access and driving up costs. With our automated CDMO, these treatments will soon be accessible and affordable at scale.

So far, we’ve teamed up with partners across multiple therapies, from neural repair to bone regeneration. Backed by Y Combinator (and serial startup success—Airbnb, Dropbox, Ginkgo Bioworks), we’ve secured $24m in investment to accelerate our mission. Within 12-18 months, neurons grown on our machines will enter Parkinson’s patient brains.

Our team blends leading engineers (including ex-Dyson talent) with top-tier scientists (authors of Nature papers). Join a mission to redefine medicine.

The Role: Principal PD/MSAT Scientist (Biology)

We’re hiring a **high-growth Principal PD/MSAT Scientist to lead our Biology team at the cutting edge of automation in cell therapy manufacture. This role sits at the engineering-biology nexus, with direct patient-impact potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
