The Role: We're looking for client facing Principal Consultants to win new retained Search mandates and grow existing relationships into multi-mandate, multi-region partnerships. You will be the commercial face of the practice, a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders across our core verticals. Winning New Business: Targeting C-suite and C-1 mandates from equipment manufacturers, Medical Device and Pharma firms, specialist distributors, PE-backed challengers and healthcare practice groups Growing Existing Accounts: Expanding relationships across new functions, geographies and business units to build multi-hire, long-term partnerships Leading Pitches: Designing compelling retained search proposals that speak directly to the leadership challenges your clients are navigating right now Acting as a Thought Partner: Adding value beyond each search through talent strategy, leadership benchmarking and market insight
Once a mandate is secured, our dedicated delivery team takes over execution whilst you maintain the client relationship and identify the next opportunity.

What We're Looking For: 3–5 years in executive search with a clear focus on client facing new business and account growth, OR 5+ years as a 360 recruiter within MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences or one of our core verticals. A proven track record of winning retained search mandates at C-suite or C-1 level A network you're proud of, the confidence to engage senior stakeholders as a peer and experience working across EMEA or international markets The resilience and ownership mindset to treat client growth as your own business
