About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to deploy AI systems in healthcare, specialising in:
- Patient communication, triage, and secure data integration using Python.
- Collaboration with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade AI-driven applications, including:
- AI-powered patient communication and triage systems
- Agent orchestration frameworks
- Secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice and video support
This is a hands-on, Python-focused role centered on building and scaling distributed systems to tackle high-impact, healthcare-specific challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect and scale AI agents for healthcare applications.
- Work on systems involving LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agent-based architectures.
- Operate in a lean, high-pace team focused on quick shipping and iteration.
- Address system performance optimisation and clinical accuracy—solving critical healthcare challenges.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building complex, production-grade distributed systems.
- Strong background in turning ambiguous requirements into scalable, robust solutions.
- Healthcare, AI, or agentic systems experience considered a bonus.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, owner-driven environments with minimal bureaucracy.
- High agency, low ego, and the ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits
- €100,000 – €200,000 salary (competitive range for Principal-level roles).
- Equity included.
