This Principal Software Engineer role sits at the centre of that ambition, shaping how AI-first engineering drives real business outcomes across Aventum. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery, setting the standard for how we design, build and scale modern platforms. This isn’t about oversight it’s about ownership. Architecture, AI adoption and engineering excellence all come together here to create meaningful impact.
What you’ll own
- Turn complex business challenges into scalable, AI-native platforms that materially improve how the business operates
- Shape architecture and engineering standards, raising the bar on quality, pace and long-term scalability
- Lead AI-first development practices that accelerate delivery while improving precision, automation and output quality
- Partner across Product, Data and Technology to align engineering decisions with commercial impact and growth
- Mentor and influence engineers, building a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
