The Role
- Architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions
- Utilise the Microsoft tech stack in a dynamic environment
- Contribute to the technical direction and strategy of the company
- Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team
- Drive best practices in software development and design

What You'll Need
- Strong experience with C# and .NET development
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable software architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
