Principal Software Engineer
Principal Software Engineer (C#) | London | £110,000-£130,000
Peaple Talent is working with a fast-growing UK fintech that is transforming how customers access financial services through modern, technology-driven solutions.
We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping and evolving a scalable technology platform within a highly collaborative engineering environment. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, helping to guide architecture decisions while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in senior or principal engineering roles Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET development Experience designing and building scalable software systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
