Join a growing cyber security and endpoint management practice delivering cutting-edge Tanium solutions across enterprise and highly regulated environments.
We're looking for a Principal Tanium Security Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across the Tanium platform to lead complex implementations, transformations, migrations and optimisation programmes for major UK customers. This is a senior consulting role combining technical leadership, architecture, implementation, troubleshooting and customer advisory responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design, deployment and optimisation of Tanium Cloud and On-Premise environments
- Deliver enterprise-scale endpoint management, patching, compliance and vulnerability management solutions
- Implement and support Tanium Asset, Discover, Client Management, Interact, Patch, Deploy, Comply, Risk, Enforce, Performance, Provision, Investigate, Connect and Reporting modules
- Support migrations from platforms such as SCCM, Ivanti DSM and ManageEngine
- Design secure RBAC models, endpoint targeting strategies and software deployment frameworks
- Integrate Tanium with platforms including ServiceNow, CMDBs, ITSM, identity and security tooling
- Run technical workshops, design reviews and customer enablement sessions
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership from discovery through to handover

What We're Looking For
- Significant hands-on Tanium delivery experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience across multiple Tanium modules
- Expertise in endpoint management, endpoint security and enterprise IT operations
- Experience with Windows and Linux estates
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, certificates, proxies, firewalls and complex environments
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, compliance and security best practices
- Experience producing customer-facing designs, implementation plans and technical documentation
- Active SC Clearance

Certifications
Preferred certifications include:
- Tanium Certified Operator (TCO)
- Tanium Certified Specialist – Cloud Deployment (TCSCD)
- Advanced Tanium certifications are highly desirable
Desirable Experience
- Tanium Cloud & On-Premise
- ServiceNow integrations
- PowerShell and automation
- REST APIs and JSON
- Microsoft technologies including Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Defender and Azure
- Vulnerability and compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST and DISA STIG
- Operational Technology (OT) and highly regulated environments
