Technical Business Development Manager (Tech BDM)

AWS is seeking a specialist Technical Business Development Manager (Tech BDM) to guide customers in leveraging AWS offerings and programs for accelerating the modernization of legacy Windows workloads. This role demands both technical expertise and business acumen to earn customer trust, deliver advice, and support business case planning for complex modernization projects. Collaboration will extend to solution architects in assessing technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for ProServe AppMod offerings in EMEA, collaborating with in-field teams, including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Specialists.
  • Apply your modernization expertise to prioritize critical customer problems, enabling aligned teams to address them effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets and accounts while developing scalable programs to drive adoption and new opportunities.
  • Enhance long-term EMEA growth, meeting/reaching revenue and non-revenue-driven KPIs.
  • Develop frameworks, plans, and program elements that foster strategy execution.
  • Present insights through customer briefings at customer and industry events.
  • Collaborate with commercial and ProServe sales managers on GTM strategies, offering guidance and support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
