Rossera is an award-winning Oracle specialist consultancy with a proven track record for world-class delivery of services and products. We have customer accounts with some of the largest global organisations as well as being partners of some of the biggest names in the industry. We specialise in process automation for customers running Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications in the cloud and on-premise helping them maximise their return on investment.
The role
As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM programmes.
You will design, build and validate OIC-based integrations between our proprietary process automation software and Oracle Fusion.
This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced Oracle Cloud technical professional, capable of leading technical workstreams, working collaboratively across architecture and functional teams, and mentoring junior resources within a structured delivery environment.

- Designing and building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between our proprietary process automation software and Oracle Fusion SaaS.
- Collaborating with architects and functional leads to align design with business processes and reporting requirements.
- Contributing to post-go-live assurance and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Developing credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
- Mentoring junior consultants and driving continuous improvement of integration practices.
Skills
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Solution & Enterprise Architecture Thinking
- Designing end-to-end solutions rather than building modules in isolation.
- Evidence of owning architecture decisions that span multiple Oracle Cloud pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM)
- Understanding integration patterns (OIC, APIs, middleware)

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Executive presence & conflict resolution. Operate credibly in front of a CFO or VP of HR.
- Running steering committee conversations.
- Managing scope creep and looking for sales opportunities.

Pre-Sales / Business Development Support
- Support bids, proposals, SOWs and estimating. Acting as the technical voice in a sales cycle.
- Support sales calls or demos.
- Scoping work, responding to RFPs.

Strategic/Roadmap Advisory
- Help clients plan their broader Cloud roadmap.
- Stay abreast of technology shift across the OCI and Fusion landscape
- Identify areas of future consulting opportunities specifically around AI
Applicants must have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems to product specialists, developers and key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service delivery
Work Arrangements
This is a full-time, permanent role.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement split between our Central London offices, client site and your home. You will be required to attend central London offices on a regular basis.
