About Us

Refractis is a boutique consultancy that helps organisations realise tangible, lasting value from their technology investments. We understand that technology strategy, transformation and delivery are challenging. Our experience has shown that when intelligent, driven and pragmatic people work together, extraordinary results follow. Our consultants bring expertise across every aspect of IT, from strategy and architecture through design and delivery to operations and outsourcing. We have delivered complex projects across public and private sectors and thrive on solving problems at the most senior levels of organisations.

What We Do

Our services focus on two core themes:

Unlocking Potential

  • Technology Strategy
  • Architecture
  • Programme Mobilisation We believe that technology done well can transform an organisation. Whether through digital transformation, data exploitation, artificial intelligence or collaboration and mobility tools, technology has the power to enhance customer experiences, generate insights and improve how organisations work. Working in partnership with business leaders, Refractis helps clients understand technology options, develop robust business cases and mobilise delivery programmes.

Delivering Value

  • Consolidation and Optimisation
  • Sourcing and Transition
  • Assurance Great technology is a business enabler, but many organisations struggle under the weight of legacy IT. Refractis helps optimise IT landscapes, from inception through delivery, or provides targeted interventions where needed. We also provide independent assurance for in-flight programmes, helping delivery stay on track and achieve intended outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
