I am currently supporting one of our brands Nology in their search for a Software Trainer. Nology are a hire, train, and deploy agency that take people from all different backgrounds and provide them a way to get into the tech industry.
They are a people first organisation who are looking to help companies create a balanced diverse workforce through bridging the skills gap.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of nology's technical and future skills programmes.
- Combining curriculum leadership, coach development, learner success, consultant readiness, client engagement and operational oversight to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners, clients, and the business.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in technical training, coaching, or learning delivery.
- A strong foundation in Software Engineering, data, cloud, or similar.
- Experience from a consulting, code training, or early careers background is a bonus.

Compensation:
- Salary is between £50,000 - £55,000.
- This is a remote first role with meetups in London and occasional site visits.
