We're looking for three hardworking and motivated Principal Trainers to join our Epic Training Team on a fixed-term basis until 28/05/27.

Roles

Roles are available across Inpatients, Outpatients, and Admin & Clerical. You'll deliver high-quality Epic training that helps clinical and operational teams confidently use digital systems to improve patient care.

Eligibility

Internal staff from Guy's and St Thomas' and King's College Hospital are welcome to apply on a secondment basis, subject to line manager approval.

Certification

Epic Principal Trainer certification is a plus, but not mandatory. If you don't already hold the certification, we'll support you to achieve it during your time in the role. We're looking for candidates with strong experience delivering training in clinical or IT environments.

Requirements

Before interview, candidates must have either passed the Epic Sphinx test or already hold Epic Principal Trainer or Epic Analyst certification. Candidates who are shortlisted and need to take Sphinx will be sent the test details.
