About the Role
We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Development Planner at Principal level. This role involves:

- Managing and delivering transport planning services
- Supporting a range of developments across the UK, including key high-profile infrastructure projects
- Based in Newcastle, Leeds, or Glasgow, this position also involves:
- Contributing to business growth
- Managing client relationships
- Participating in marketing and proposal activities
Missions & Main Duties
- Production of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Access Appraisals
- Experience with traffic modelling and ability to produce abnormal loads assessments (preferable)
- Demonstrable understanding of the UK planning process
- Production of high-quality reports for private and public sector clients
- Managing project budgets and deliverables
Profile & Required Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Membership of:
- Institution of Civil Engineers
- Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation
- Transport Planning Professionals qualification
