Your Role
As a Principal Dynamics Finance Consultant, you’ll be central to delivering and shaping end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. You’ll use your expertise to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their investment while guiding projects to success.
- Partnering with clients to understand and define financial processes and configure D365 Finance accordingly.
- Supporting configuration, data migration, and full end-to-end testing.
- Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
- Designing and testing D365 customisations, supporting acceptance testing and go-live activities.
- Leading workshops, solution design sessions, and project communications.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
- Leading, providing direction and mentoring consultants.
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations, leading projects to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance modules (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting).
- Strong background working with finance teams.
- Skilled in gathering integration and reporting requirements and translating them into technical design.
- Confident leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous.
- Leading high performing teams, providing direction and mentoring.
