Company Description

The Principals Group is a global network designed for senior operators who are transitioning from institutional leadership into independent practice. The organization provides the infrastructure, peer community, and operating architecture needed to turn deep executive experience into scalable consulting practices. Members are typically former C-suite leaders, global practice heads, and senior partners who seek to build what comes next on their own terms.

The Principals Group serves as the institutional layer that independent principals have been missing, offering a professional home where experience translates into ownership and impact. Membership is selective and by introduction, with a strong emphasis on senior judgment and real delivery capability.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. Principals will define and grow their own independent practice while leveraging The Principals Group’s platform, peer network, and delivery infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
