Job Summary
The Principal Architect will lead the design and development of tailored architecture solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and implementation. This role requires providing technical leadership throughout the sales and deployment process, mentoring junior architects, and staying updated on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. The architect will ensure solutions meet performance and security requirements, participate in pre-sales activities, and build strong client relationships to drive service delivery excellence.
Role Description

Lead the design and development of architecture solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and implement solutions. Provide technical leadership and expertise during the sales and deployment process. Develop and document technical architectures and strategies. Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, promoting continuous learning. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security requirements. Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and client consultations. Build strong client relationships and contribute to service delivery excellence. Align strategies with organizational goals to drive innovation and growth.

Skill Level Requirements
Ability to design, implement, and configure robust AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical specifications. - Intermediate Ability to design comprehensive AI system structures and frameworks to meet complex requirements. - Intermediate The ability to design, implement, and support multi-tier applications and cloud-based architectures to meet organizational needs. - Intermediate Demonstrates a working knowledge of current and evolving technologies including Cloud, Data Center, Storage, and Networking. - Intermediate Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied. - Intermediate The ability to understand and manage various infrastructure components (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, security) and use orchestration tools to develop comprehensive technical solutions. - Intermediate The ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages to automate tasks and develop software solutions, specifically Python, Java, or C++. - Intermediate Knowledgeable in MLOps practices and tools to enhance AI model deployment and operations. - Intermediate

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required 5+ years of experience working with AI technologies Advanced certification such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, ITIL, etc. preferred Ability to travel 25%
