Principal Product Manager – New Ventures (AI)

Location: London (Hybrid) 2 days in the office - Near Liverpool Street

We're partnering with an innovative B2B technology company that is investing heavily in AI and launching an entirely new generation of products. They're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the creation of brand-new AI-powered solutions from the ground up.

This is a genuine "build from scratch" opportunity. Rather than inheriting an established roadmap, you'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities, validating customer problems, shaping product strategy and taking new products from concept through to commercial success.

If you enjoy working in ambiguous environments, thrive on solving difficult customer problems and want to build products that could define the future direction of a growing technology business, this is an exceptional opportunity.

The Opportunity

As a senior member of the Product team, you'll operate with significant autonomy and influence. You'll work alongside Engineering, Design and Commercial teams to identify new opportunities, validate ideas with customers and launch AI-native B2B products that create measurable business value.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping shape product direction while remaining closely involved in discovery, experimentation, product delivery and go-to-market planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating with a founder mentality—comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and motivated by creating entirely new products rather than simply optimising existing ones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
