Are you an experienced Account Manager from a Print or Print Management background?
Lexon Group is looking for someone who knows print inside out and takes real pride in looking after clients.
The role
You'll take ownership of an established bank of clients and become their trusted point of contact, building relationships, keeping projects moving, and making sure every job is delivered right, first time.
Day to day you will:
- Manage a portfolio of existing print clients, delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Keep in regular touch with your clients through proactive outreach, spotting opportunities and staying ahead of their needs
- Process orders accurately and efficiently from brief through to delivery
- Manage print projects end to end — coordinating timelines, suppliers and stakeholders to keep everything on track

About you
- Proven account management experience, within Print Management or the wider Print industry
- Strong understanding of print processes, products and terminology
- A natural relationship-builder who clients trust and enjoy dealing with
- Organised and detail-focused, comfortable juggling multiple orders and projects at once
- Confident communicator, on the phone, by email and face to face

What we offer
- £34,000–£38,000 depending on experience
- Full-time, hybrid role with the onsite base in our Chiswick office
