About Us
After almost 50 years in business, Fifth Column continues to grow and invest in the future of garment decoration.
With our recent investment in new technology, including our Kornit Atlas MAX Plus DTG printer alongside our established screen printing and embroidery departments, we're looking for an experienced Print Account Manager to join our team in Tottenham Hale, North London.
Role Details

You'll be joining an experienced team, managing customer enquiries from quote through to completion, advising clients, building relationships and helping some amazing brands bring their merchandise ideas to life.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Experience within print, garment decoration or promotional merchandise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Someone who takes pride in getting things right

Benefits
What we offer:
- £28,000–£38,000 depending on experience
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- Established, friendly team
