About Swytch Graphics
Swytch Graphics is a growing Leicester-based commercial print and graphics company, with in-house capabilities spanning digital and small-format print, large-format graphics, POS, displays, acrylic fabrication and specialist finishing.
About the Role
Swytch Graphics is looking for an experienced Print Account Manager to join our growing team in Leicester.
The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries and projects from initial quotation through to production and delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements and identify the most suitable production method using the wide range of equipment and skills available within the Swytch Group.
Strong commercial print knowledge is essential, particularly within on-demand digital print and small-format production. Experience of lithographic printing would also be beneficial.
Previous large-format print experience is not essential, as training can be provided on our large-format, POS, display, acrylic fabrication and finishing capabilities.
This is a hands-on account management role that combines customer service, estimating, production knowledge and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from initial brief through to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations using our PrintIQ management information system.
- Review customer specifications and ensure quotations are correctly detailed.
- Identify the most appropriate and commercially effective production process for each project.
- Provide customers with advice regarding materials, print processes, finishing options, costs and lead times.
- Manage on-demand digital and small-format commercial print projects.
- Raise and manage purchase orders through the MIS.
- Ensure material and outsourced service costs are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise closely with sales, administration, studio, prepress, production and despatch.
- Monitor projects throughout production and resolve issues before they affect quality or delivery.
- Raise estimates for repeat work and review pricing to ensure it remains commercially viable.
- Support production planning and resource requirements.
- Maintain accurate job information and customer records within PrintIQ.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and effective use of PrintIQ and other workflow systems.
- Keep up to date with developments in print technology, materials and production methods.
- Identify opportunities to increase account value, improve margins and introduce customers to additional Swytch services.
- Support departmental KPIs relating to sales, margin, customer service, quotation turnaround and delivery performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
