We have facilities across the UK and are looking for a Print Assistant to join our team in Burnley.
About the Role
The role of Print Assistant is to support our print team and help keep our presses running smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do
- Support the Printer with daily press operations and changeovers.
- Check print quality and ensure materials (film, inks, solvents, cores) are always available.
- Keep the press area clean, safe, and ready for the next shift.
- Help maintain high production standards and quick turnaround times.
What we’re looking for in the successful candidate
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Able to solve problems and work well as part of a team.
- Experience with flexographic printing would be desirable—but full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern
The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
