This role involves:
- Operating and running a variety of security print presses across differing production lines.
Key Equipment/Process Responsibilities:
- Running Lithographic wet offset printing presses
- Setting up Make Ready jobs to consistent quality standards
- Operating bathes and print presses
- Running rotary presses, including reel-to-reel and stack formats
- Several presses (including lithographic) incorporate inline flexographic units
- Presses with holographic application units, operating inline

Main Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare machines for production
- Operate production lines, ensuring alignment with KPIs for waste reduction, time efficiency, and quality
- Perform reasonable levels of maintenance as required
- Adhere to all ISO 9001 (SPS) quality and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a press team and specific shift team
Essential Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade 3 or above (including Maths and English), or equivalent qualification(s)
- Previous experience in manufacturing (ideally related to printing)
- Clean police record
- Proven lithographic print experience in production settings

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience operating rotary presses
- Any recognised print qualifications
Working Hours
The company operates a 24/5 week schedule with different shift patterns:
- Standard two-shift system (earlies/lates), with potential transition to a three-shift model, including night shifts
- Overtime on weekends may be required in some cases
