As a Digital Press Operative, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end digital printing process. You will be responsible for the day to day running and maintaining of the print presses, ensuring quality and maximum output is achieved.

2-week rotational shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am).
Starting salary - £25,000
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output
- Receive and review print job orders, understanding specifications and requirements
- Monitor print runs to identify and address any issues, ensuring smooth production processes
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure longevity and prevent downtime
- Manage and organize print materials, including loading and unloading paper and other supplies
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to meet company standards and customer expectations
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a secure and efficient working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Digital Print Operative or in a similar role within the printing industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed
- Good physical condition and ability to lift 20kg
