- Operating a fleet of 24 AM machines with precision and expertise
- Loading and preparing materials for high-volume production
- Overseeing performance to enforce quality and consistency standards
- Conducting calibration and maintenance to maximise machine efficiency
- Proactively identifying and resolving technical obstacles

What You Bring
To thrive in this dynamic role, you’ll possess:
- Proven experience in 3D printing technologies and associated equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Unmatched attention to detail with a focus on achieving quality excellence
- Technical familiarity with technical drawings, CAD software, and 3D modelling (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering team
