Print Project Coordinator

Location: Cardiff – Full-time, office-based

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Employment Type: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

3 Sixty is an integrated creative production, large-format print, retail marketing, exhibitions, and brand activation business working with some of the UK's most recognisable brands.

As part of our continued growth and business transformation, we are looking for an experienced Print Project Coordinator to join our Client Services team.

This is not a traditional production administration role. You will act as a central coordination point between Account Management, Client Services, Studio, Production, Logistics, Installation, and Finance, taking ownership of project workflow from approved brief through to delivery and invoicing.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple live projects, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring work progresses efficiently through the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate print and creative production projects through Studio, Production, Logistics, and Installation.
  • Maintain visibility of live jobs, deadlines, priorities, and potential delivery risks.
  • Create and maintain accurate job records within Tharstern.
  • Ensure specifications, artwork references, costs, instructions, and project information are complete before production.
  • Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks, missing information, and potential delays, escalating issues proactively.
  • Ensure client purchase orders and commercial information are correctly recorded.
  • Progress completed projects promptly through to invoicing.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflow processes, system utilisation, and operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
