Printer Deployment Technician - Field based
Multi-Function Office Printer Technician – Nationwide
Location: Nationwide (warehouse in Maidenhead for weekly pickup)
About the Role
Leverage your skills to join a team that specialises in the installation, maintenance, and removal of multi-function office printers across the UK.A basic understanding of IT is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers
- Performing removals and disposal of outdated equipment
- Delivering installations out-of-hours as required
- Driving and manoeuvring a Luton van (company vehicles provided)
- Collaborating with colleagues in a team environment—balancing remote and independent work

Skills Required
- Customer service expertise to handle accounts and queries professionally
- Strong time management and discipline to ensure punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- holdings of at least a full UK driver’s licence (without more than 6 penalty points)
- Familiarity with basic IT knowledge (training fully covered)
Requirements
- Experience preferred but not essential (belated training available)
- Valid passport or equivalent as part of background verification process
- Flexibility to travel outside of the home area (sometimes requiring overnight stays for 4-5 days a week, though not regularly consecutive)
