Printer Deployment Technician - Field based
Delivery Install Engineer – Nationwide Installation
Area covered: Nationwide | Warehouse in Maidenhead for weekly pickup
About the Role
A 3-month rolling contract role available via an umbrella company, this position requires a Delivery Install Engineer to travel nationwide installing, removing, and delivering multi-function office printers. Basic IT knowledge and awareness are required, but full training will be provided.
The role involves working both as a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, remove, and deliver multi-function office printers across the UK
- Maintain clear communications with customers at all locations
- Ensure prompt timekeeping and efficient time management in line with company expectations
- Follow safe driving practices when transporting equipment in a Luton van
- Conduct post-installation checks and documentation as required

Requirements
- Must hold a full UK driver’s licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Experience preferable but not essential—full training shall be provided
- Strong customer service skills to handle enquiries professionally
- Able to understand and apply basic IT knowledge (full training given on the job)
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours occasionally
